Expired/Unwanted Pesticides on Your Farm? Mark Your Calendar for the 2025 Collection Event.

Clean Farms is an organization that has been working with communities for the past 15 to create practical recycling programs for farmers. One of these programs includes FREE collection and disposal of unwanted pesticides, which only happens every 3 years!

The collection date for the Niagara area is Monday, September 22, 2025. Make sure to read on for more details, or for other collection sites/dates near you!

What Do I Do?

To be able to submit your unwanted pesticides, you just need to follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Gather – Collect your unwanted pesticides & old livestock/animal medications.
  2. Place – All items need to be placed in a sealable or spill-proof container.
  3. Return – Check to find when this program is taking place in your area then return items to your local collection site.

Where is My Collection Site?:

For Niagara, the collection site is:

Mon., Sept. 22nd, NIAGARA-ONTHE-LAKE, Niagara Orchard & Vineyard Corp, 1196 Irvine Rd.
